A very grown-up Cypriot setting awaits at Asimina Suites Hotel close to Paphos fishing harbour. Here the glorious beach and two freshwater pools are just the ticket to cool off from those balmy Mediterranean temperatures, while each suite has a private balcony perfect for a morning coffee, afternoon siesta or sunset drink.
Just 500m from an array of shops, restaurants and bars, the adult-focussed hotel makes a great base for exploring the stunning Paphos area, yet is peaceful enough to ensure guests can return to a chilled-out atmosphere. And the indoor heated pool and spa prove popular with guests trying to do just that... relax.
Late night entertainment and even an on-site sports’ bar add to the sense that the hotel has been created solely with over-16’s in mind, while services such as the late breakfast do much to enhance this.
Just the spot for a Cyprus honeymoon or to celebrate a special occasion for two, Constantinou Bros Asimina Suites Hotel is all about 5-star beach luxury, but just a few hours’ flight from home.

Eat
Despite Asimina Suites being relatively small and boutique feeling, there is a huge range of food and beverage options, as well as the real possibility of going off-site thanks to its proximity to Paphos.
Estia Restaurant has both indoor and outdoor areas, with a vast buffet breakfast, themed nights and also a Table d’Hôte menu. Elsewhere there are à la carte options, a pool restaurant for light meals, Kymata for Mediterranean specialities and then three bars: Lounge Bar with its dancing and late night entertainment, Sports Bar with its live showings on a big screen television, as well as VIPS’ Bar – just the spot for a cosy last drink before bed.
Explore
Set in one of the quietest parts of Kato Paphos and directly on the beach, Asimina Suites is just a few minutes on foot to the resort’s town centre with its bars and restaurants. There are plenty of local attractions – like the castle, market and harbour – to discover nearby too.
Head out across the island and see what makes Cyprus such a unique place with its links to Europe, Asia and Africa. And be sure to stop for some tasty mezze with a sea view at one of its many traditional taverns.

Our take
Bowling greens with a sea view? The Constantinou Bros hotels in Paphos have bowls greens of international standards that are the largest in Europe outside of the UK. For seasoned bowlers, there are matches and competitions.
Watching turtle hatchlings waddle down to the water is an experience one might expect of a beach holiday in the Caribbean or the Indian Ocean. But Lara Bay Turtle Conservation Station on Cyprus offers exactly that – a unique space to learn more about the plight of these endangered sea creatures right here in Europe.
