A resort guests return to year after year, what makes Sani so special is its diversity and choice all within one estate.
Here a thousand acres of land overlooking Mount Olympus on the Kassandra peninsula is speckled with pine forests, edged by pristine sands and sea, and home to five award-winning hotels.
Each hotel is distinctly its own in feel and style, yet all are within walking distance of one another and benefit from shared facilities; such as the vibrant marina with its boutiques, bars and restaurants.
Whatever the age or interests of each guest, the key to the Sani Resort is its diversity; from the 40 restaurants and bars to the seven beaches, the five chilled-out spas to the celebrity-led sports academies. There’s really no reason to go off-site.
Each hotel has qualities to suit the needs of individual visitors too. Porto Sani is a firm favourite with families; Sani Beach is the largest hotel and as its name suggests, is set behind the beach; Sani Club has the largest suites on the estate; Sani Dunes is a slick space for adults; and Sani Asterias has a quiet, boutique feel.
Despite its size, attention to detail and personalised service don’t get lost in the vast Sani spaces, and that’s noted as one of the main reasons guests choose to come here time and again.

Explore
Located in Kassandra the resort is just a 50 minute transfer from Thessaloniki Airport.
What really sets Sani apart is its supreme Halkidiki Peninsula setting, amid 1,000 acres surrounded by pine forests and wetlands on one side and Blue Flag beaches the other.
And the resort very much encourages guests to get out and explore the beauty on its doorstep, whether bird watching on a tour of the wetlands or on a private guided driving tour of the area. In fact, many of the experiences are included with your stay, like the driving tour for families through olive groves, forest tracks and cliff tops, from which you can view Mount Olympus.
Why here?
Time to chill - Five spas dotted around the resort mean there’s always a dreamy spot to chill and be pampered by an experienced therapist. A range of junior spa treatments are also available.
Beach babes - The family facilities at Sani are truly exceptional and one of the many reasons parents return with their children annually, from babe in arms through to teens, making use of everything from the Annabel Karmel designed menus to the athlete-led sports’ academies.
After dark - In the evening, entertainers keep the holiday spirit going, with everything from traditional Greek dancing to internationally recognised DJs on the Sani schedule.
On the sand - There are seven Mediterranean-side beaches at Sani Resort, each offering something different. For families the complimentary Babewatch Service gives parents of younger children a half hour break to have a drink, dip or a sunbathe in peace.
Sports stars - The jewel in the resort’s offering for younger guests is the unique Sani Academies, such as the tennis academy in association with the Rafa Nadal Tennis Centre designed by the Grand Slam-winning star himself.
Set sail - Experience the stunning waters that lap the shores of the resort with a yacht hire for the day that includes your own crew.
Authentic experiences - Twice a week Sani puts on a Greek Night for guests to get a real flavour for the food, music and atmosphere of this beautiful nation.
Our take
Did you know Sani Resort is the World’s Leading Luxury Green Resort according to the World Travel Awards 2020? That same year it became the first carbon neutral resort in Greece, running on 100% renewable energy.
Is your kid a forest school fan? Well for a forest school experience on steroids the resort has recently introduced the Survival Academy with Bear Grylls. Families are taken through their paces navigating, building shelters, signalling for help, and for older kids: spear making, foraging and raft building.
